Victor Chavez has been in the field of real estate for over 35 years and has successfully closed over 3000 loans. He obtained his DRE license in 1986 and was immediately employed by Great Western Real Estate as a sales agent. He held an additional role within Great Western Bank as a real estate appraiser. Thereafter, he managed appraisal offices in Los Angeles and Orange County. Mr. Chavez was eventually promoted to the commercial appraising division, where he held this position until 1989. The following year he transitioned over to the lending sector and within the first year, he was awarded Rookie of the Year. Consecutively, every year thereafter, Mr. Chavez received the Presidential award, a recognition only given to the top 5% of loan officers nationwide.
