As his expertise and financial resources grew, he transitioned into real estate investing, initially focusing on fix-and-flip projects before expanding into long-term investments, including apartment buildings. His passion for real estate eventually led him to establish and partner in multiple real estate syndications.
His path to RGC Capital started when he applied for a loan to build an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on one of his properties. Impressed by the professionalism and seamless process, he sought out a meeting with the company’s owner. That conversation revealed a natural alignment between his skills in evaluating investment opportunities, analyzing profitability, and vetting potential partners, and the strategic needs of the lending side of real estate. This pivotal moment led to his decision to join RGC Capital as a commercial and residential loan officer.
Today, he continues to manage his personal real estate portfolio and remains actively involved in syndications.
